Hilo by Aktiia, a Swiss-founded med-tech company, seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run its influencer program across Europe. You will identify creators, negotiate partnerships, and shape content that earns trust and broadens reach.

This remote-first role requires fluent English; German is a plus. Occasional travel to Neuchâtel may be necessary. Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work permit for their country of residence.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on influencer/creator marketing experience.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to estimate and compare outcomes.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence with creators.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess, and recruit creators across platforms and markets.
• Develop campaign concepts balancing brand goals with measurable outcomes.
• Forecast reach, engagement, traffic, and acquisition for budgets.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and content rights.
• Manage partnerships end-to-end from briefing to reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with creators and ambassadors.
• Collaborate with paid media to amplify high-performing content.
• Set goals and track brand and campaign metrics against estimates.
• Use data to improve creator selection and investment decisions.
• Align campaigns with Hilo’s priorities and health claims.
