Hilo by Aktiia seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run its creator partnerships across key European markets. You will identify creators, negotiate terms, and shape content that boosts brand credibility while meeting performance targets.
As a remote-first team member, you’ll work across markets in Europe with occasional travel to events or the Neuchâtel office. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus, and strong collaboration with marketing and product is expected.
High blood pressure is the world's most common disease, causing 18M deaths each year. At Hilo by Aktiia, we're building a world where no lives are lost to its effects — with technology that helps people take control of their health. We're a venture-backed scale-up with $96M raised from investors in Europe and the US. Rooted in 18 years of research at the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), our device is the world's only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily use — clinically validated and CE Marked as a Class IIa medical device, now available in 12 countries. In July, we launched in the US. We're a remote-first company headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, united by our passion for impact and innovation. Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work permit for their country of residence, as Hilo is not able to provide visa sponsorship.
As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will develop and run Hilo's influencer marketing program across our key markets. You will find creators whose voices and audiences fit our brand, negotiate effective partnerships, and shape content that makes Hilo relevant and credible. The role combines brand and performance: you will use data to estimate the potential of each partnership before we invest, measure its results, and apply what you learn to future campaigns. Work location: Our company operates on a remote-first model. This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Europe. Fluent English and German are a must. Occasional travel to our office in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, or to team events may be required.
You focus on what truly drives impact for our customers and company. You use data and clarity to guide your decisions and prioritize what matters most. You push boundaries with bold, thoughtful innovation and hold yourself accountable for results.
You work with urgency and purpose, balancing speed with high quality. You treat mistakes as learning opportunities, experiment thoughtfully and iterate quickly. You take ownership, act hands-on and always look for smarter, faster ways to get things done, including leveraging AI and new tools.
You put the team above individual interests, building trust through openness and respect. You encourage healthy debate, challenge directly while caring personally and stand behind team decisions. You act as an owner, stepping in when needed and doing what's necessary for the team's success.
If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in people's lives and excel in an environment where individuals take ownership and are committed to delivering results, we are happy to receive your application.
