Job summary

Jobgether, a partner-led tech company in the iGaming sector, is seeking an Affiliate Manager based in Switzerland. You will own the affiliate lifecycle, grow international partnerships, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

In this role you’ll negotiate terms, manage budgets, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive ROI and traffic quality while staying ahead in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming preferred).
• Upper-intermediate English or higher, with ability to negotiate terms and communicate with international partners.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making."
• Experience managing affiliate budgets and evaluating profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full affiliate lifecycle from onboarding to scaling partnerships.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates and networks to expand international reach.
• Negotiate commercial terms and optimize commissions and agreements.
• Monitor traffic quality, campaign performance and KPIs to ensure ROI.
