Zusammenfassung

Ideals is expanding its VDR business in Zurich and seeks a Business Development Manager / Enterprise Account Executive to drive new enterprise logos and expand current accounts. You will engage C-level executives, conduct strategic discovery, and lead multi-month deals through complex procurement and security processes.

Compensation includes 50% base salary with 50% variable, reflecting a quota-carrying role in a remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years of demonstrable quota-carrying success in B2B sales.
• Proven track record selling directly to C-level executives (CxOs) and multi-threading in large enterprises.
• Strong experience with consultative sales methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDPIC, SPIN, Challenger).
• Bachelor's degree (4-year university).
• Exceptional business communication skills for executive storytelling and complex negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of new strategic enterprise accounts (new logos).
• Conduct solution-based sales engagements, including meetings, executive presentations, and product demonstrations (in person or virtual).
• Maintain White Space analysis and upsell/cross-sell within existing customers.
