Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline with molecular spectroscopy focus.
• Recent graduates eligible; lab internships or projects beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support for installation, maintenance, and repair of molecular spectroscopy systems.
• Install, configure, and optimize system components at customer sites; diagnose hardware and software issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Advise on system configurations and preventive maintenance practices.
• Deliver integrated solutions including peripherals, software, and networks.
• Coordinate with Support, Sales, and R&D to resolve customer issues and transfer knowledge.
