• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for installation, maintenance, and repair of chromatography systems (LC/GC).
• Install, configure, and optimize system components at customer sites and diagnose issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability.
• Advise on configurations and maintenance to maintain performance and uptime.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver training.
