Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline with a focus on chromatography (LC/GC) or related analytical techniques.
• Strong German and English skills; French is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to provide on-site customer support as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support for installation, maintenance, and repair of chromatography systems (LC/GC) and related hardware/software.
• Configure and optimize system components at customer sites; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Advise customers on system configurations, maintenance practices, and performance optimization.
• Deliver integrated solutions including peripherals, operating systems, and application software; train field engineers and customers.
