Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to partner with Services Sales Managers and PAN account teams. You will understand customer requirements, scope level of effort, and recommend services that deliver measurable outcomes for our customers.

The SSE will design and architect implementation and optimization solutions, help plan large-scale transformations, and present business value to C‑level executives while coordinating with Delivery, Global Practices and cross‑functional

Qualifikationen

• Professional fluency in English and German.
• Proven track record in technical consulting, pre-sales and/or delivery in IT or Cyber Security.
• Strongly preferred: SASE or Cortex knowledge.
• PANW Platform experience is an asset.
• Experience in the Alps region territories.
• Self-motivated with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to run discovery/workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of security appliances and cloud environments.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Services Sales to articulate PANW's go-to-market services approach.
• Gather, understand, and define customer requirements for value-based outcomes in workshop scenarios.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Global Practices to craft proposals and Statements of Work.
• Work with Services Sales to drive services growth in the aligned territory.
• Assist customers in planning large-scale transformations and define service requirements.
