Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Connected TV to own strategy and monetization of CTV inventory in a fast-growing, international, fully remote environment. You will define the roadmap, optimize auction mechanics, and collaborate with engineering, commercial, and supply teams to drive measurable revenue growth.

In this role you will lead end-to-end product ownership, apply programmatic advertising expertise, and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance product management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in advertising technology.
• End-to-end ownership from roadmap through delivery with clear accountability.
• Strong knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, VMAP, ad pods, Prebid Server, floor pricing, supply paths, schain, app-ads.txt, sellers.json.
• Commercial and analytical mindset to identify revenue and margin opportunities with meaningful KPIs.
• Able to discuss technical requirements and trade-offs with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the CTV product vision and roadmap with a focus on revenue growth and publisher value.
• Maximize CTV inventory activation, onboarding, traffic quality, and monetization potential.
• Protect the advertising ecosystem by reducing fraud and invalid activity.
• Optimize auctions and yield through CTV-specific mechanisms and A/B testing.
• Expand demand partnerships to increase competition for inventory.
• Lead product delivery with engineering from discovery to production.
• Drive adoption, measure impact, and monitor post-launch performance.
