Job summary

A-Players is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own a product line end to end, from positioning and sales to a profitable unit economics. You will build and optimize funnels, coordinate with UA and creative, and shape monetization strategies for a US-friendly audience.

You will test continuously, own day-to-day funnel, offer, and creative work, and work with modern AI tools in a fast, data-driven environment. Flexible hours and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in growth, product marketing, or performance marketing for subscription products.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing funnels: quizzes, onboarding, paywalls.
• Strong grasp of subscription unit economics: trial → rebill, LTV, CPB, ROI, cohort logic.

Responsibilities

• Own your product lines and launch new directions, scaling from funnel version to growth.
• Build and refine funnels: quizzes, onboarding, paywalls, upsell flows using Funnel Builder.
• Shape the offer and monetization: trials, pricing, rebill frequency, upsells, product positioning.
• Test hypotheses, run A/B tests, and interpret results.
