Job summary

Tether is seeking a Product Manager for its AI-focused QV.AC project. You will work with the Product Lead to identify valuable AI use cases, define features, and guide the product from discovery to delivery while collaborating with engineering and design teams.

You will leverage your experience shipping AI-powered features, translate ideas into actionable specs, and evaluate new AI technologies for practical impact, all within a global, remote team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI software products
• Practical experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features
• Strong product judgment with usability and measurable user value
• Clear written and verbal communication, including discussing trade-offs with engineers

Responsibilities

• Identify valuable use cases and define AI features with the Product Lead
• Translate ideas into clear specifications with user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineers on feasibility, latency, memory and privacy considerations
• Create prototypes and wireframes to test ideas and communicate behavior
• Drive feature delivery from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Stay close to AI developments and evaluate which innovations to test or adopt
• Ensure backlog is prioritized and aligned with product goals
