Zusammenfassung

OnlineDoctor AG seeks an AI Enablement & Automation Engineer to automate internal processes and build AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with IT, Security, Privacy, Quality, Regulatory, and Legal teams to translate requirements into reliable technical controls.

You will work hands-on to create automations, integrations, and internal tools, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in software engineering, automation engineering, systems integration, internal tooling, or a comparable hands-on technical role.
• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining software, integrations, or automation solutions used in day-to-day operations.
• Strong practical programming or scripting skills with APIs, webhooks, data sources, business systems, and automation tools.

Aufgaben

• Process Automation & Solution Development: understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and automate accordingly.
• Design and build automation and AI-enabled solutions, including assistants, agents, document workflows, extraction and classification, and knowledge search.
• Build and maintain integrations between AI services and internal tools (SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Confluence, Zoho) using APIs and scripting.
• Solution Ownership & Operations: test, deploy, monitor, document, and improve solutions beyond prototypes.
• Establish reusable standards for integrations, access controls, testing, monitoring, and error handling.
