Lever, Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer (Customer Service) in Switzerland to transform repetitive service operations into scalable automation. You will design and build automated workflows, AI-powered agents, self‑service experiences, and API integrations with internal systems.

The role combines backend engineering with applied AI to reduce manual effort and help support teams handle growing customer volumes efficiently. You will work with ticketing data, LLMs, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, focused on automation, backend or integrations.
• Strong Python development skills for production‑quality automation.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating multiple systems.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs or AI agents.
• Ability to design reliable, maintainable automation systems.
• Proactive in identifying improvements and translating requirements to technical solutions.

Aufgaben

• Build agents and automation scripts to streamline quota processing in Customer Service.
• Develop self‑service workflows for billing and data requests.
• Design, build, and maintain LLM‑powered agents for ticket resolution.
• Develop and maintain N8N workflows for notifications and events.
• Integrate automation with REST APIs like Jira and billing systems.
• Contribute to tooling for planned cluster operations and infra runbooks.
• Maintain and improve automation as volumes grow.
• Design systems for reliability, maintainability, scalability.
