Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead partnerships across Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets from Switzerland. You will own the affiliate strategy, recruit and develop partners, and drive measurable revenue growth with data-driven campaigns.

You will manage performance, negotiate terms, and align with brand guidelines while collaborating with a global, remote team. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus experience with Impact, are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing or related field.
• Experience building revenue-generating partnerships across international markets, especially Spanish-speaking/LATAM.
• Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (C1) for negotiations and collaboration.
• Proficient with Impact and SEO tools like Ahrefs; strong analytics using Excel/GA.

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies to accelerate revenue growth across Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-value affiliate partners.
• Create account plans and quarterly growth roadmaps for partners.
• Build long-term relationships via regular strategic reviews and performance assessments.
• Monitor performance metrics (revenue, ROAS, AOV) and optimize accordingly.
• Negotiate favorable partnership terms and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify market trends and new opportunities in tech and travel sectors.
