Lombard Odier Group is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to oversee the production of regulatory reporting for the group and select BPO clients. You will enhance controls, gather business requirements, and participate in testing of technology tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Finance or Business Administration degree, QI/FATCA/CRS experience, and strong Excel/analytical skills. Fluency in English and/or French is essential; Swiss residency is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent; CFC / Maturité bancaire considered.
• Previous QI, FATCA/CRS experience required.
• FiTAX knowledge a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and/or French; other languages an asset.

Aufgaben

• Manage the production of regulatory reporting for Lombard Odier Group and some BPO clients.
• Create new and enhance business process controls for existing and upcoming activities.
• Follow up business requirements and participate in testing of dedicated technology tools.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Provide support for data analysis and reconciliation on large, complex datasets.
• Draft and maintain operational procedures, KRIs and KPIs.
