Lombard Odier invites a Tax Reporting Specialist (80-100%) to join the Tax Operations team. You will plan, test, and produce tax statements for Lombard Odier clients and BPO clients, enhance controls, follow business requirements, and support the in-house tax reporting platform while liaising with Front Office and Technology teams.

The role requires a bachelor in Finance or related field, tax reporting experience, strong communication, and a proactive, accountable mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent considered an advantage
• Previous experience in tax reporting or a related field would be highly valued
• Proactive and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and accountability
• Fluent in English and/or French; additional languages are assets

Aufgaben

• Manage the planning and production of tax statements for Lombard Odier clients and BPO clients
• Create and enhance business process controls for existing and future activities
• Follow up business requirements and participate in testing of the in-house tax reporting application
• Liaise with Front Office and Technology teams within client services
• Provide support for data analysis on tax related topics
• Draft and maintain operational procedures
