Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk Management or Audit within banking.
• Knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and prudential reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools.
• SQL knowledge would be an asset.
• Fluent in French and English; autonomous, rigorous and able to handle deadlines.
• Residence in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports within required deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of regulatory data and reporting.
• Analyze capital, liquidity and other prudential metrics.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on reporting requirements and processes.
• Participate in regulatory and system enhancement projects.
• Contribute to automation and optimization of reporting processes and controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for regulatory reporting matters.
