Zusammenfassung

EFG International is seeking a senior professional to lead end‑to‑end regulatory reporting production for Swiss and international prudential returns. You will shape the reporting calendar, drive data integrity, and ensure timely submissions across jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have deep Basel III/FINMA knowledge, strong data analysis skills, and a track record of system‑level improvements and stakeholder collaboration within private banking or financial services.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related quantitative field.
• Postgraduate qualification and/or professional certification (CPA, CFA, FRM or equivalent) is a strong asset.
• Typically 8–12 years of experience in private banking or financial services, with focus on Regulatory Reporting, Financial Accounting, Risk or Audit.
• Proven experience with Swiss prudential regulation and at least one other international regime.

Aufgaben

• Lead end‑to‑end production of Swiss and international prudential regulatory returns (e.g. capital adequacy, LCR, NSFR, large exposures, COREP and statistical reports).
• Define and manage the regulatory reporting calendar across time zones.
• Establish and maintain audit‑ready reporting processes, controls and reconciliations.
