Job summary

Cité Gestion SA in Geneva is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to lead the preparation, control and submission of regulatory reporting for the bank. You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury and IT to ensure data quality and compliance.

With 8–12 years in related banking roles and fluent French and English, you will advance automation and oversee accurate reporting, while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk Management or Audit within the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and prudential reporting requirements.
• Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Residence in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports within required deadlines
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of regulatory data and reporting
• Perform analyses of capital, liquidity and other prudential metrics
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on reporting requirements and processes
• Participate in regulatory and system enhancement projects
• Contribute to the automation and optimization of reporting processes and controls
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance
• Act as a subject matter expert for regulatory reporting matters
