Within the Technology & Operations unit, Tax Operations provides tax-related services to Lombard Odier Front Office teams and external Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clients. The successful candidate will join the Tax Reporting team and be responsible for the planning, testing, and production of tax statements, as well as monitoring and supporting developments of the dedicated tax reporting platform. The successful candidate will work closely with team members to deliver a high-quality service and collaborate with other Operations teams and key stakeholders, including Technology, Front Office, Legal, and Senior Management. They will proactively identify, assess, and follow up on issues, risks, and regulatory or business changes that may impact our service offering. The role requires strong attention to detail, autonomy, curiosity, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders while proposing pragmatic risk mitigation measures. The Tax Reporting team offers a collaborative and empowering work environment with flexible working arrangements.
