Job summary

Confidential in Switzerland seeks a Regional Operations Manager to drive performance across a multi-site network. The role is hands-on and focused on profitability, KPIs and cost control, within an international consumer-facing environment.

You will own regional P&L, lead site managers, and standardise operating practices while planning staffing to meet demand. Fluency in German and strong English are required; French is a plus.

We are partnering with a leading international, consumer‑facing services group to appoint a Regional Operations Manager for its Swiss network. This is a confidential search for a senior, hands‑on leader who will own the performance of a multi‑site region end to end, at a key moment in the business’s transformation.

What you will do

• Own the regional P&L, with a clear focus on profitability and KPIs
• Review performance and build action plans for under‑performing sites
• Ensure consistent, efficient and compliant operations, and standardise ways of working across the network
• Plan staffing and shifts to match demand while keeping costs under control
• Lead, coach and develop site managers, and build succession plans through the sites

What you bring

• 8+ years of multi‑site operational leadership, ideally leading managers who lead teams
• A proven track record of delivering KPIs, targets and P&L results in a fast‑paced, consumer‑facing environment
• Experience in an international organisation
• Solid experience in staff planning, scheduling and cost control
• Fluent German and excellent English; French is a strong plus
