Job summary

Academic Key is seeking a versatile Head of Finance & Administration to lead its Swiss site in Sion. This executive role combines finance, governance and hands-on operations across HR, IT, facilities and administration, reporting to the CEO and partnering with the leadership team to deliver business objectives.

You will oversee corporate governance, policies, and internal controls, coordinating with external advisers and service providers to ensure effective operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Broad leadership of finance, HR, IT, facilities and admin functions.
• Strong understanding of governance, contracts and legal coordination.
• Experience translating policies into practical processes and controls.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational actions.
• Proven track record in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting and controls.
• Coordinate corporate governance activities with CEO, board and legal advisors.
• Lead HR, IT, facilities and administrative services for the Swiss site.
• Drive process improvements, risk management and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with policies, data protection and safety standards.
• Support investor relations, financing activities and due diligence as needed.
