Zusammenfassung

gategroup is seeking a Regional IT Business Partner to align IT initiatives with business goals across the Zurich region. You will partner with business leaders to define demand, shape roadmaps, and guide local investments while ensuring global standards are met.

You will drive IT governance, manage budgets, and deliver value through technology, analytics, and effective stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced, international aviation services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA advantageous.
• 7+ years IT business relationship management, project management, or business analysis in regional or multinational environments.
• Experience in IT demand management, budgeting, and investment planning; governance and stakeholder management.
• Solid IT governance, ITIL, and project management methodologies; ERP, data analytics, and integration technologies; ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.

• Define and deploy IT strategy and roadmaps regionally.
• Support budgets and investment planning; manage IT demands and roadmaps.
• Governance and intake for new initiatives; ensure alignment with priorities.
• Stakeholder and vendor management; coordinate with IT partners.
• Monitor IT service performance and report progress to business leaders.
• Lead continuous improvement and drive value through technology.
