Helvetica Partners in Zürich, Switzerland is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives across international teams. You will drive end-to-end delivery from initiation to go-live, coordinating technical, business and external partners to ensure on-time and on-budget outcomes.

You will manage scope, timelines and resources while maintaining governance, risk and reporting. Fluent English is required; German or French is a plus in this diverse, regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in IT project management within complex, international environments.
• Excellent planning, organisation and execution skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Information Systems or related field.
• Project management certification is an advantage.
• Experience in regulated or complex environments is an advantage.

• Lead IT projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies and priorities.
• Coordinate testing, go-live and user adoption activities.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Coordinate technical, business and other key stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment across teams.
• Manage external service providers and delivery partners.
• Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Escalate critical topics and propose mitigation measures.
• Ensure governance and security requirements.
• Maintain structured project reporting, follow-up and decision tracking.
• Lead initiatives related to digital transformation and AI
• Identify opportunities for improvement and digitalisation
• Support initiatives aimed at improving business processes and user experience
