Zusammenfassung

Randstad Switzerland seeks a Senior Business Partner Finance to act as a strategic financial partner to leadership in Zürich, driving high-level analysis, performance monitoring, and planning to guide decision-making and align initiatives with business goals.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and ERP rollout preparation, mentor junior staff, and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in a Finance Business Partner or Controlling role, preferably audit.
• Knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and take accountability.
• Strong leadership and communication with senior leadership.
• Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
