Job summary

VF Corporation in Stabio, Switzerland, seeks a Regional Process Owner Manager to design and govern the Engage-to-Cash process across EMEA. You will lead harmonization and continuous improvement, partnering with senior leaders to deliver value at scale.

You will translate customer feedback into practical solutions, run governance forums, monitor KPI performance, and collaborate with SAP, B2B platforms and analytics tools to enable automation and better customer experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in Order-to-Cash/Engage-to-Cash.
• Experience in multinational, multi-brand environments preferred.
• Fluent English; Italian or another European language advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern and continuously improve the Engage-to-Cash process across EMEA.
• Lead regional E2C governance forums and manage process issues.
• Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, cycle time) and drive optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Digital Technology to enable automation.
