Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Regional Process Owner Manager based in Stabio, Switzerland. You will oversee the Engage-to-Cash (E2C) process across EMEA, driving design, governance and continuous improvement to deliver efficient, compliant and scalable customer value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, first-time-right) and partner with Digital Technology to evolve SAP, B2B platforms and dashboards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash / Engage-to-Cash, customer operations, commercial services or process excellence, ideally in a multinational, multi-brand environment.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of SAP (SD/O2C) and B2B order management platforms; experience with EDI, reporting and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern and continuously improve the Engage-to-Cash process across EMEA.
• Lead governance forums and root-cause analyses for systemic issues.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance for process quality, service and efficiency.
• Partner with Digital Technology and BI to evolve systems and reporting.
