Job summary

VF Corporation in Stabio, Switzerland, seeks a Manager, Financial Closing & Gross-to-Net to lead the EMEA Controllership team. You will drive month-end close, revenue/margin reporting and top-level dashboards, while ensuring accurate provisions, settlements and accruals.

The role requires 6+ years in Finance, strong accounting knowledge, and fluent English; Italian or other European languages are a plus. You will advance process improvements, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting or Management Accounting, preferably in a multinational company or a Big Four firm.
• Previous experience managing or coordinating a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Italian is a plus; other European languages (e.g. German, French or Spanish) are an advantage.
• Strong financial background and solid knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in month‑end closing, revenue and margin reporting, and settlement processes.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and manage month-end closing and reporting for the EMEA region.
• Oversee balance sheet reserves for returns, bad debt, off‑invoice discounts, chargebacks and loyalty programmes.
• Oversee Gross‑to‑Net reporting and top management dashboards; provide ad hoc analyses.
• Drive process improvements using automation and AI; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate customer settlements, claims and AR reconciliation with cross‑functional teams.
