Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Regional Process Owner Manager to lead the Engage-to-Cash process across EMEA from our Stabio base. You will design, govern and continuously improve end-to-end order-to-cash activities, partnering with senior leaders to drive efficiency and standardization.

Key duties include coordinating governance forums, performing root-cause analysis, and defining KPIs such as on-time delivery and cash cycle time.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years in Order-to-Cash / Engage-to-Cash, customer operations or process excellence.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
• Solid SAP (SD/O2C) and B2B order management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent E2C process implementation across brands, markets and channels.
• Lead governance forums and root-cause analysis for systemic issues.
• Define and monitor E2C KPIs and oversee improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology and BI to evolve SAP, B2B platforms and dashboards.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Planning for end-to-end alignment.
• Ensure compliance with regional policies and local requirements.
