Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Manager, Financial Closing & Gross-to-Net to lead a small team in the EMEA Controllership. Based in Stabio, Switzerland, the role covers month-end close, revenue recognition and accruals, as well as the preparation of dashboards for Top Management.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Finance/Accounting, strong English, and experience in multinational environments. Knowledge of SAP and BI tools is beneficial; Italian or other EU languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting or Management Accounting, preferably in a multinational company or a Big Four firm.
• Experience managing or coordinating a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Italian or other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in month-end closing and reporting for the EMEA region, focusing on revenues, margin and customer settlements.
• Oversee balance sheet reserves for returns, bad debt, discounts and loyalty programmes; ensure proper accounting and reporting.
• Coordinate customer claims, disputes and AR reconciliation with Customer Ops, Credit and Brands; manage external service providers.
• Develop Top Management dashboards and provide ad hoc analyses for senior management decisions.
