VF Corporation, based in Stabio, Switzerland, is seeking a Manager, Financial Closing & Gross-to-Net to join the Financial Closing & Reporting team. You will lead a small team and manage month-end closing, revenue/margin reporting and settlements for the EMEA region.

You will oversee reserves, Gross-to-Net reporting, top management dashboards and ad hoc analyses for senior management, while driving data integrity and automation initiatives across finance systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting or Management Accounting.
• Experience managing or coordinating a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Italian a plus; other European languages are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, month-end closing, revenue and margin reporting, and settlements.
• Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of SAP; BI tools like Cognos or others.

Aufgaben

• Manage, coach and develop team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Lead the design, management and improvement of the month-end closing process, including revenue recognition and accruals.
• Own balance sheet reserves for returns, bad debt, discounts and loyalty programmes; ensure proper reporting.
• Oversee Gross-to-Net reporting and Top Management dashboards; provide ad hoc analyses.
• Oversee daily monitoring of actuals to ensure data is complete and accurate.
• Review high-value credit/debit notes and complex settlements; coordinate customer claims and AR reconciliation.
• Own master data governance and mapping; ensure system structure aligns with reporting needs.
• Lead Balance Sheet Review preparation and related discussions; maintain controls and audit readiness.
• Identify and drive process improvements using automation/AI; work with BI/tools teams on cross-functional projects.
