Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Manager, Financial Closing & Gross-to-Net to lead a small team in Stabio, Switzerland. You will manage month-end close, revenue recognition, and settlements for the EMEA region, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

You will develop dashboards for Top Management, drive continuous improvement with automation and AI, and partner cross-functionally on system and data-flow projects. Fluent English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Management Accounting.
• Experience managing or coordinating a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Italian a plus and other European languages advantageous.
• Strong accounting principles and month-end closing experience.
• Experience with revenue/margin reporting and settlements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in fast-paced, high-volume close cycles.
• Own month-end closing, revenue recognition and accruals for EMEA region.
• Oversee balance sheet reserves and settlements, including credit/debit notes.
• Prepare Top Management dashboards and ad hoc analyses for Senior Management.
• Drive process improvements using automation and AI in finance data flows.
• Collaborate with BI, D&T and AMS on tools and cross-functional projects.
