Zusammenfassung

Digital Realty is seeking a Subregional Head of Security to lead the security strategy across the Zurich subregion, safeguarding assets and ensuring compliance with global standards. Reporting to the Regional Director of Security, you will guide security operations across multiple sites.

You will build and develop a high-performing team, manage budgets and vendors, and drive continuous improvement in risk mitigation, incident response, and resilience within a complex matrix organization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading security across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong expertise in risk management, security operations, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing security vendors and outsourced services.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and implement security strategy and global policies across the subregion.
• Oversee security operations, incident management, and risk mitigation.
• Manage and develop Security Managers and external vendors, ensuring strong performance.
• Own security budgets, vendor selection, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, SOC2, PCI and other regulatory standards.
• Oversee physical security systems (CCTV, access control, biometrics) and site protection.
• Lead audits, reporting, and customer-facing security activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of security processes and resilience.
