Amazon Data Services Switzerland GmbH is seeking a Data Center Security Manager to lead physical security operations across Zurich-area data centers. You will report to the Cluster Security Manager and oversee access control, incident response, and security guard vendors to maintain the highest security posture.

The ideal candidate has hands-on security operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a similar security role.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Data Centers locally and abroad.
• On-call availability for out-of-hours emergencies.
• Valid driving license with eligibility to drive in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Responds to security situations as directed by the Cluster/Regional Security Manager.
• Supports on-site security team as primary contact during shifts and provides guidance per Physical Security Standards.
• Reports unusual events to the Cluster Manager promptly.
• Guides contract security officers to maximise department effectiveness.
• Oversees access control systems and badge deliveries.
• Investigates security events via alarm and CCTV monitoring.
