Amazon Data Services Switzerland GmbH in Zurich seeks a Physical Security Manager — Data Center Security to act as the primary security contact for the ZRH cluster. You will oversee day-to-day security at our data centers, reporting to the Cluster Security Manager and contributing to security strategy.

You will implement AWS security standards, manage access control, CCTV, and vendor contracts, while driving improvements to security programs and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in physical security operations or equivalent background.
• Ability to manage straightforward security problems with guidance.
• Working knowledge of access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Experience in vendor management and compliance tracking.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and business continuity concepts.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver under defined parameters.
• Clear communication to senior management.

Aufgaben

• Own physical security operations for assigned Zurich data centers.
• Manage straightforward security problems and components of security programs.
• Apply AWS security standards; resolve issues with input from senior management.
• Oversee access control systems, CCTV, guard force operations, and vendor contracts.
• Assess vendor compliance, track SLAs, and guide vendors when SOPs are lacking.
• Report project status and participate in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to cluster-level security projects and strategic goals.
