Amazon Data Services Switzerland GmbH is seeking a Data Center Security Manager to lead physical security across Zurich-area data centers. The role reports to the Cluster Security Manager and requires hands-on operations, vendor management, and a strong focus on compliance with AWS security standards.

The candidate will supervise on-site security staff, coordinate with the Security Operations Center, analyze security data, and travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on security operations experience in public or private sectors.
• Strong English written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and internationally minded.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call for out-of-hours emergencies, on-site and remotely.

Aufgaben

• Respond to security situations based on Cluster or Regional direction.
• Guide on-site contractor security team and enforce Physical Security Standards.
• Coordinate with SOC during incidents and investigations.
• Oversee access control systems and badge deliveries.
• Investigate security events using alarm and CCTV systems.
• Develop and improve procedures using data and metrics.
• Understand operational processes to identify security gaps.
• Travel to other regions as required.
