• Ability to resolve straightforward security problems and make trade-offs with guidance.
• Working knowledge of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
• Experience in vendor management, including compliance tracking and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and business continuity concepts.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver under defined parameters.
• Clear communication skills for senior management presentations.
• Willingness to travel between sites and internationally with own transport.

Aufgaben

• Own physical security operations for assigned sites.
• Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, guard force operations, and vendor contracts.
• Apply AWS security standards and resolve straightforward security problems.
• Report project status and vendor SLAs; participate in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to risk management, SOP creation, and business continuity planning.
• Support investigations in collaboration with HR, Legal, and security teams.
