M2Talents is recruiting a Project Manager for a Zurich-based role in Construction & Real Estate. You will own client-facing delivery, manage projects from award to completion, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

The position is permanent and based in Zurich, offering a CHF 140,000 salary plus benefits, with full autonomy to manage Site/Office/Home presence from day one.

Qualifikationen

Project Manager – Construction & Real Estate, Zurich

Our client is an international project and cost management consultancy, delivering some of the world's most exciting construction projects across a wide range of sectors. As their Zurich team continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager ready to take full ownership of client-facing project delivery.

You'll act as the single point of contact between the project team and the client — managing projects, either independently or as part of a wider team, from award through to successful completion. This is a role built on genuine autonomy: expert-level consultancy and project support across feasibility, design, procurement, construction delivery and post-completion phases.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take proactive day-to-day responsibility for small-to-medium sized projects, and support larger programmes of work
• Manage procurement strategy, tender management and contract administration
• Chair project meetings and deliver accurate, timely monthly reporting
• Facilitate risk and value management workshops and maintain project risk registers
• Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Work in line with Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Project management experience in construction or real estate
• Strong track record across both pre- and post-contract delivery
• Fluent English and German, with Swiss German strongly preferred
• A confident, client-facing communicator, comfortable working with high autonomy

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SIA phases / Swiss standard forms of contract
• Degree in project management or a related technical discipline (e.g. architecture, civil engineering)
• Working towards MAPM / MRICS / PRINCE2 or an equivalent qualification
• An additional Swiss national language (French or Italian)
