Zusammenfassung

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Switzerland seeks a Facility Services Manager to drive top-tier customer service for a multi-disciplinary team. You will lead daily activities, schedule tasks, coordinate with landlords and vendors, and ensure SOWs and SLAs are followed to meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or FM certification, 3+ years in customer service, fluency in German and English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Facility Management professional certification.
  • Prior Customer Service experience required. A minimum of three year of related progressive experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the surrounding area and all recreational, hospitality and business-related information preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and/or supervisor.
  • Warm and engaging demeanour. Ability to assess circumstances, empathise and offer help.
  • Utilise a high level of attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent German and English

Aufgaben

  • Delivery of ‘best in class’ customer services and satisfaction, including, but not limited to cleaning, pest control, mail services, light duty maintenance, food services, reception, security, managing the relationship with T2 suppliers at a high level, to ensure specifications, SOWs and SLAs are followed, respected and achieved.
  • Accountable for a top-of-class customer service delivery, by ensuring the team members are properly trained (briefing, understanding) and meeting clients’ expectations (monitoring, coaching, appraising) in terms of specifications, SOWs and SLAs.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, employees and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.
  • Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition.
  • Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
  • Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
  • Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
  • Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
  • Accountable for a flawless budget management, by direct involvement on contract negotiation, contributing to forecasting, annual budget preparation, cost savings and variance/deviation analysis.
  • Oversee and evaluate T2 suppliers’ performance by participating on monthly/quarterly meetings, analyzing gaps/overlaps, and providing feedback to reinforce their engagement.
  • Consolidates and delivers monthly reports, including a thoughtful analysis of trends and results.
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
  • May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
  • Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.
  • Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
