Job summary

Medacta International in Tessin, Switzerland, seeks an R&D Project Engineer to manage complex R&D projects for medical devices, ensuring on-time, within-scope and budget delivery. You will collaborate with surgeons for clinical feedback to refine product designs.

You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate with engineering, regulatory and marketing teams, manage risks, and optimize resources while maintaining documentation. Travel to congresses and surgeon meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of project management experience in medical devices.
• SolidWorks CAD experience and strong planning skills.
• Fluent in English with ability to interact across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
