Job summary

Flexsis AG, Rotkreuz, seeks a Global Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead cross-functional product development within a regulated environment. You will establish project structures, budgets, risks and schedules across teams, while coaching agile and hybrid practices to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or basic vocational training
• Minimum of 5 years experience in cross functional global project management within regulated environment, preferably life cycle management, development of Diagnostic, MedTech, pharmaceutical or food products
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with IT project management tools (Google, Jira, Trello, Lucidboard)
• Languages: Fluent English
• Competencies: Curious, structured approach, strong communication and influencing skills, analytical and critical thinking, result driven, continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Project Implementation: Sets up and leads structures for product development and product care, including scoping, timelines, resources, budgets, progress, and cost control.
• Project management execution: Applies PM processes, guides milestone reviews, capacity reviews, and may lead improvement initiatives.
• Goal Setting and Advisory: Establishes and reports KPIs, OKRs or OBPs to improve project quality and efficiency.
• Risk Management and Information Support: Identifies risks and impacts on budget/timeline/scope and communicates issues to stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Coaching: Works with leads/partners, coaches team members, and contributes to team learning.
