Zusammenfassung

ITech Consult AG is recruiting a Global Project Manager to drive cross-functional, regulated diagnostics projects from scoping through budget execution in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. You will implement hybrid Agile practices and coordinate with global teams, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of global project management experience in MedTech/Pharma, strong risk management, KPI/OKR governance, and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of global cross-functional project management within regulated environments such as MedTech, Pharma or Diagnostics.
Proficient in Waterfall, Agile, SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with IT project management tools: Google Workspace, Jira, Trello and Lucidboard.
Fluent English; German an asset.

Aufgaben

Set up and lead product development and care structures including scope, timelines, resources, budgets and risk management.
Lead project management processes for milestone reviews and capacity planning; coach teams in agile practices.
Define KPIs/OKRs, monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
Identify risks, mitigate bottlenecks and communicate issues to stakeholders.
