Albatross AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own post-signature customer relationships and drive revenue across Europe and the US. You will manage pilots, renewals and expansions, ensuring customers realize value from all four platform primitives without custom code.

The role requires deploying an enterprise SaaS into live environments, leading a solutions-driven team, and delivering rapid results while maintaining trust with customers across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• You come from software; you have deployed a SaaS or API product into enterprise customers.
• You have built a customer success, deployment or solutions function from zero at a startup and ran it on numbers.
• You have owned renewals and expansion for enterprise customers, with measurable results.
• You have hired and led a technical, customer-facing team: solutions engineers, implementation consultants, forward deployed engineers or data analysts.
• You are technical and can read an A/B test and guide analysis for VPs of Data.
• You move fast, keep scope controlled, and deliver strong results quickly.

Responsabilités

• Own every customer relationship after signature, as the senior contact for their CPO, VP of Data and VP of Engineering.
• Run pilots to measurable results: seven-week live A/B test and contract conversion.
• Maintain platform usage with configuration over code, tackling bespoke requests only when possible with existing tools.
• Own renewals and upsells across all primitives and marketplaces.
• Lead customer support with a single entry point and rapid incident handling.
• Hire, build and lead the Deployment Strategist team across Europe and the US.
