Zusammenfassung

Neural Concept is seeking an experienced enterprise deployment engineer to take the platform from architecture conversations through go-live and steady-state operation. You will integrate with customers' identity, data and engineering systems, and own the deployment end-to-end.

The role covers on-premises, air-gapped clusters, Kubernetes across clouds, and international travel within Europe. Strong Kubernetes config, SSO (OIDC/SAML), Linux networking, and storage expertise are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years deploying and operating enterprise software in production.
• Experience with Kubernetes configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of identity management and SSO (OIDC, SAML).
• Linux networking, TLS, and load balancers.
• Experience with private registries, air-gapped deployments.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to clients' hours.

Aufgaben

• Lead deployment from architecture conversations through go-live and steady-state operation.
• Integrate with the customer's identity, data and engineering systems, and the infrastructure behind it.
• Coordinate with IT, security and platform teams for assessments and architecture reviews.
• Diagnose issues, including causes outside our own software, and implement fixes.
• Create runbooks, post-mortems and playbooks to improve future deployments.
• Operate in on-premise, air-gapped environments with cloud and hybrid components.
