Zusammenfassung

CBRE is seeking a Minor Works Lead to manage complex real estate projects in Geneva, guiding scope, budget, schedule and risk with client collaboration. You will shape project delivery, governance, and data integrity while leading a delivery team to satisfy stakeholders.

The role requires a 3-5 year track record, a preferred degree or equivalent experience, and strong French and English proficiency. Proactive problem solving and advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP and CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • French (C1) & English (B2) proficiency required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.
  • Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
  • Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to perform mildly complex financial calculations.

Aufgaben

  • Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates & budget, work plan milestones, quality control, and risks.
  • Define project delivery resources via pre-qualified lists or qualifications process; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations; recommend resources.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with CBRE and client requirements.
  • Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
  • Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
  • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and variances.
  • Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; implement actions.
  • Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values; build consensus across teams.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies; explain difficult or sensitive information.

For our growing Facility Management organisation at a client in Geneva we are looking for a:

Minor Works Lead
Your Tasks:
  • Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
  • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
