Zusammenfassung

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Minor Works Lead for a client in Geneva. You will manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, from planning to closeout, working directly with clients on scope, budget, milestones and risk.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), and fluency in French and English. LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are preferred, with strong MS Office skills and strong organizational ability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• French (min C1) & English (min B2).
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, work plans, milestones and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources, run RFPs, evaluate bids and recommend resources to clients.
