Job summary

properti is Switzerland's AI-native platform brokerage. As VP of AI & Product, you lead product at properti. You own the strategy and roadmap to empower brokers to win mandates, sell faster and serve clients well.

You ship AI agents, prototype with brokers, and measure impact in production. This is a senior leadership role requiring 8+ years in product management and a track record shipping AI-enabled products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• Shipped LLM-based products or agents into production.
• Prototyping, prompts, evals and hands-on AI tooling experience.
• Record of delivering products that moved business metrics, ideally in a scaleup.
• Experience with CRM-related workflows for a sales team.
• Ability to drive adoption in non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication for brokers, investors and the board.
• Fluent English; German a strong plus.

properti is Switzerland's AI-native platform brokerage. More than 12'000 closed transactions give us proprietary data on pricing, buyer behaviour and seller conversion that no software vendor has. Your job is to turn it into an advantage. As VP of AI & Product, you lead product at properti. Your job is to build the product that lets our brokers serve buyers and sellers better: win more mandates, sell faster and serve more clients well. You own it from strategy and roadmap to what our brokers and clients use every day. You decide what we build, you ship it, and you make sure it is used.

Why this role exists

We are building our own AI-first platform for our brokers, redefining how the real estate process is done. The next step is to bring product and AI together under one leader, with one roadmap, one set of priorities and a direct line from every feature to business impact. The potential is large: every hour we save a broker, every seller we convert and every buyer we match better shows up directly in our results.

Our goal: within three years, AI agents handle the majority of the repetitive work in a transaction - lead qualification, listing creation, buyer matching, scheduling, follow-ups - so our brokers spend their time where humans win: trust, advice and negotiation.

Product and AI strategy

• You own properti's product and AI strategy: the outcome we are going after, where we focus, what we will not do, and the targets that tell us it is working. You turn it into one prioritised roadmap.
• You decide what we build, buy or partner on, and in what order, within the company goals the leadership team sets
• You link every initiative to a business outcome: mandates, conversion, broker productivity, client experience.

Build and ship

• You ship AI agents and copilots into the broker’s daily workflow: from automated lead qualification and seller follow-up to AI-generated listings and buyer matching.
• You lead product discovery and delivery across both sides of our business: lead to mandate for sellers, and listing to transaction for buyers.
• You own our products for brokers and clients, and take them from idea to scale.
• You work closely with our CTO and engineers to ship fast, measure impact and stop what does not work.
• You define how we evaluate AI in production: quality metrics, evals, human-in-the-loop and cost per outcome.
• You shape the platform we are building: which tools it replaces, in which order, and how our data carries over without disrupting our brokers’ daily work.
• You make sure our data can measure what we ship: clear definitions, reliable dates and one source of truth for the funnel.

AI across the company

• You drive AI adoption in Sales, Growth and Operations, and work with them to change how those teams work day to day.
• You set the standards for how we use AI: data, quality, security and build-vs-buy decisions.
• You make adoption measurable: share of workflows running with AI across Sales, Growth and Operations, hours saved, and impact on mandates and conversion.

Lead the team

• You lead a small, AI-augmented product team. We expect product managers to prototype themselves with AI tools, test with real brokers within days, and measure impact in production rather than in specifications.
• You build a culture of ownership, speed and clear priorities. You handover problems, not solutions.

Leadership and collaboration

• You work as a peer with our CTO and VP Growth: one shared view of priorities and joint ownership of outcomes, with clear lines between what we build, how we build it and how we bring it to market.
• You are the CEO’s sparring partner on product, AI and technology decisions.
• You represent properti’s product and AI story towards investors, partners and the board.

Who you are

Must-haves

• 8+ years in product management, including several years leading product teams and hiring and coaching product managers.
• You have shipped LLM-based products or agents into production and can explain what worked, what failed and what it cost.
• You build with AI yourself: you prototype, write prompts and evals, and know the current tooling first-hand.
• A track record of shipping products that people use and that moved business numbers, ideally in a scaleup.
• Experience building CRM or CRM-related products: pipelines, contact and deal data, and the daily workflow of a sales team.
• You drive adoption in non-technical teams, understanding how to build a product that people want to use.
• You explain complex topics simply, to brokers as well as to investors and the board.
• Fluent English. German is a strong plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in PropTech, FinTech, marketplaces or platform business models.
• Experience with B2B2C products used by a sales force in the field.
• Experience in real estate is a very strong plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a scaleup between Series A and pre-IPO.
