Job summary

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group is seeking a Product Designer for SMG Real Estate to shape experiences across Homegate, ImmoScout24, Flatfox and CRM tools. You will design intuitive journeys, drive AI-enabled design practices, and help scale multi-brand design systems for real estate professionals and property seekers.

You will partner with product, data, and engineering teams to run experiments, refine features, and improve acquisition and retention while championing accessibility and international

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer shaping complex B2C marketplace products across Web and Mobile.
Proven track record of AI-enabled design across the lifecycle and rapid prototyping.
Experience building scalable multi-brand design systems with AI-assisted governance.

Responsibilities

Design seamless user journeys for listing quality, visibility, and performance across Web and Mobile.
Integrate AI tools and workflows into daily design practice from wireframing to prototyping.
Build and maintain scalable multi-brand design systems with token governance and accessibility checks.
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to run experiments and refine features.
Establish AI Design Ops guidelines to elevate product quality and team efficiency.
