Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or a related environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean and structured problem-solving tools (A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, SIPOC, FMEA, RCA, Pareto).
• Strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze complex operational data and implement countermeasures.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes in regulated manufacturing.

The Process Excellence Specialist is the Operational Excellence lead for assigned Supply Chain areas and drives structured continuous improvement projects from opportunity identification through verified sustainment. The role establishes clear problem statements, baselines, KPIs, root-cause analyses, action plans, ownership and timelines, and ensures that agreed actions are completed and deliver measurable results. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work.
