Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Visp is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic improvements across GMP environments. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and shape governance and delivery structures to realize change initiatives.

The role is office-first with the flexibility to work remotely for up to 20% of your time. A university degree in engineering/science/business is required, with PMP/Prince2 and Lean Six Sigma being highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Project management experience in biotech/pharma GMP environments (PMP/Prince2 preferred).

Aufgaben

• Identify critical issues and lead strategic analysis to implement improvements.
• Prioritize improvements with on-site stakeholders based on customer needs.
• Lead decision making with site leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Establish governance, reporting, and delivery structures for the project.
• Drive delivery of improvements and change management with a SME team.
• Ensure alignment with other local programs and synergies.
• Provide ongoing reporting and escalation as required.
• Collaborate with other project managers to share best practices.
